Sleep Dreams Featured on Sunrise – Our Sleep Wellness Range in the Spo

We’re beyond excited to share that our sleep products were just featured on the Sunrise Morning Show in a segment all about the future of sleep technology. As a small Australian brand dedicated to helping people sleep better, this recognition means the world to us.

In the segment, tech expert Val Quinn showcased three of our most loved products that are changing the way Australians unwind:

SleepSoftly™ Bluetooth Sleep Headphones

Perfect for side sleepers, shift workers and anyone needing a little peace and quiet at bedtime. These headphones are built into a soft, light-blocking sleep mask and let you drift off to your favourite sounds without the pain of earbuds or bulky headphones.

EazyPulse™ – The Calming Handheld Sleep Device

If you’re someone who struggles to switch off at night, EazyPulse uses gentle palm stimulation to help regulate your brain’s natural relaxation signals. It’s one of those “you have to feel it to believe it” products, and trust us – it’s a game changer for restless minds.

Meet KiKi the Koala Bionic Breathing Pillow

Val called it out on-air, and viewers have fallen in love. KiKi isn’t just a plush toy – it’s a sensory sleep aid that mimics the rise and fall of calm breathing, plays white noise, and even warms up for comfort. It’s perfect for kids (and let’s be honest – adults too).

Why Are These Products So Popular?

Since the segment aired, we’ve had a wave of messages asking about our calming Koalas and our soothing sleep tools. Here are some of the most common questions:

Are these products suitable for adults and kids?
Yes! Our sleep headphones and EazyPulse are popular with adults who need help winding down, while KiKi (and her cheeky twin CoCo the Dog) have become bedtime heroes for little ones struggling with sleep anxiety or night-time restlessness.

How does the bionic breathing work?
KiKi gently inflates and deflates to mimic slow breathing patterns – helping the body naturally match its rhythm and encouraging calm. It’s like holding a heartbeat in your arms.

Can I use the sleep headphones for meditation too?
Absolutely. Many customers use them for ASMR, guided meditations, and calming music – even while travelling.

CoCo and KiKi Keep Selling Out!

Since the Sunrise feature, both our Koalas and Dogs have been flying off the shelves. We genuinely can’t keep up with demand – and we’re doing our best to restock as quickly as we can.

To avoid missing out, make sure you’re signed up to our newsletter or click the “Notify Me” button on the product page. That way, you’ll be the first to know when they’re back in stock.

TRANSCRIPT:

Morning Val.
Good morning if you haven’t snored last night.
Exactly. You brought in a bunch of your fave products. Talk to us about it.

There’s new smartwatch tech?
Yeah, look – Apple and Samsung, the biggest smartwatch brands, they’ve just come up with a new technology that helps track sleep apnea. That’s when you stop breathing for short periods over the night. So it’s really good to know if you’re doing that so you can take steps to address it.

But really, there’s a lot of different things here. I’ll show you a few.

You’ve got mattress sensors as well.
Yeah. I guess the thing about sleep – especially when it comes to women specifically – is there are different things that affect them. So you have things like sleep mattresses which cool your bed down and take account of your temperature to keep you nice and cool.

This is good during periods like menopause or other temperature-sensitive times.

What I really love are these – they’re wearable headbands that you put on.
I’ve got one of those.
They’re great! You put it on like this – it’s got Bluetooth earphones built in so you can block out the snoring partner or whatever. They’re fantastic.

You can’t actually feel it.
That’s so you can side sleep comfortably, otherwise you can’t wear an ear plug.
And you can stream music through it.
Yeah, you put it on nice and tight, just like that – all the way down.
Oh, it’s covering the mouth.
Yeah, thanks Mum.
That’s the most advanced sleep tech we’ve got – sleeping next to it!

That’s a really good one as well.

Check this out too – this little koala.
It will breathe. It gets warm. It plays white noise too. It’s really comforting – you just hold onto it and give it a hug.
It’s great for kids as well to help them sleep.

And this one kind of scares me a little – it sends an electric pulse through your palm.
Oh, I’ve got one of those!
You do? So what it does is it helps regulate your brain waves for sleep. You hold it and get this little pulse in your hand.
Let me turn it on – you get a bit of a shock. You can make it quite strong.
What’s the purpose of it?
It’s meant to stimulate your brain’s natural sleep waves – either to help you relax or even wake you up. One hand helps with depression, the other helps with relaxation. It’s a neat one – you just hold onto it.

Somebody gave me one – said “Oh with your job…”
Are you feeling it now?
Yeah, it’s coming through. You can really amp it up. I actually dropped it once!

I think a lot of this is also because partners sleep at different temperatures, don’t they?
Exactly – who gets the doona? Who doesn’t? That’s the big deal.
Now tech is solving that. You don’t want a “sleep divorce” – where you end up in separate beds.

Everyone has individual sleeping needs. For example, I might not want to wear a smartwatch at night – but now you can wear a smart ring.
Samsung’s got one. And the more you learn about your sleep, the more AI can analyse and give you tailored advice.

It’s all about trying to get that good night’s sleep.
Isn’t it amazing how much help there is now?
Back in the day it was, “Get up, have a glass of milk… or some brandy!”

There’s a lot of great tech.
And there’s a really good Aussie store I should mention – they’re called Sleep Dreams and they sell a lot of this stuff.
It’s good to support Sleep Dreams – especially because they’re an Australian brand. They’re really good.

And that’s why he looks so well rested!
Normal night’s sleep.
Well, you guys are the pros – you get up so early.
We should be asking you what works.
Nothing!

I sleep terribly – I’m up and down all night.
Thinking, “How’s she going to abuse me tomorrow?”
What’s going to happen?

That’s a great one – that’s comfy too.
I’m going to try that one, I reckon.
Just wear it a bit lower like they’re saying and you’ll be right.

Thank you as always.
My pleasure guys – good to see you.
